  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp Black Range Turmeric Complex plus Olive
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger (or alternatively: 1/2 tsp ginger powder) 
  • ½ tbsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp. honey 
  • 200 ml oat milk or any other Fruits of our choice


  • Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the oats, Black Range Turmeric Complex plus Olive, cinnamon, ginger, honey, oat milk and pepper.
  • Wait for it to reach a boiling temperature and then stir constantly. As soon as our mixture acquires a thick cream texture, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl.
  • On top we can add a little more cinnamon and fruits of our choice.

We can also enhance with 1 spoon of tahini or peanut butter. Enjoy!


To prepare in the microwave oven

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and 3/4 of the amount of milk and heat them in the microwave for 3 minutes. In between we can stir the mixture a little.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave. We will see that the mixture has thickened and in fact will be very very hot. Carefully, add the rest of the milk and mix until the desired texture is achieved. Adding the milk at the end helps to bring our cream to the right temperature for consumption.
