Put the cucumber in a strainer, lightly salt it and leave it for 3-5 minutes to lose its many liquids.
Strain the cucumber well and transfer it to a bowl, add the yogurt, the Black Range Beetroot Drink Plus Ganoderma, hot pepper, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and mix very well until smooth.
Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, to cool down well and serve with a little olive oil and breadcrumbs or toasted bread.
